Digital products & purchases
NogginFunopolis offers printable puzzles, mysteries, games, activities, and other digital products. Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, products sold directly through NogginFunopolis are digital downloads, and no physical product will be shipped.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate software, equipment, printer, and supplies necessary to open, view, and print purchased files.

Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, typographical errors, or other errors appearing on the website.
License & permitted use
When you purchase or download a NogginFunopolis digital product, you are purchasing a license to use the product. Ownership and copyright of the original product and its contents remain with Bauman Creative Vision, LLC and/or its licensors.

You may print a reasonable number of copies needed for participants in that permitted use.
For example, if you purchase a printable mystery for a party, you may print the copies necessary for your guests to play. If you are a teacher, you may print copies for students in your own classroom. If you lead an activity group, you may print copies for participants in that group.
prohibited use
Unless you have received prior written permission or purchased a separate license that expressly allows it, you may not:
- Sell, resell, sublicense, or redistribute any NogginFunopolis digital product or file.
- Share, email, copy, or transfer purchased digital files to another person for their separate use.
- Upload files to shared drives, websites, social media groups, membership sites, file-sharing services, or other locations where others can access or download them.
- Share a single purchase among multiple classrooms, teachers, departments, organizations, facilities, businesses, or locations.
- Use NogginFunopolis products to create products or materials for resale or other commercial purposes.
- Claim any NogginFunopolis product, puzzle, mystery, written content, artwork, or design as your own.
- Remove copyright notices, branding, credits, or other proprietary information from our products for the purpose of redistribution.
- Reproduce or distribute our products, in whole or in substantial part, whether for free or for payment, except as specifically permitted by these Terms.
If you need a broader license for a school, organization, business, multiple facilities, or another use not covered by the standard license, please contact us.
intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on the NogginFunopolis website and in NogginFunopolis products—including puzzles, mysteries, games, written content, graphics, illustrations, designs, logos, branding, downloadable files, and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to Bauman Creative Vision, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

refunds & digital downloads
Because digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been delivered or accessed, purchases of digital products are generally non-refundable.
