Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products—which are delivered electronically and generally available immediately after purchase—all sales of digital products through NogginFunopolis are generally final and non-refundable. Once a digital product, download, template, or resource has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other consumer right that may be required by applicable law.

Cancellations

Because our products are digital and available instantly, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. If you experience an issue accessing your files or believe you received the wrong product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Exceptions

We may consider refunds or other appropriate remedies in circumstances including:

• Duplicate purchases of the same product
• A technical error on our platform that prevented access to the product
• A billing mistake on our end
• A file that is defective or unusable and cannot be corrected or replaced.

Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, subject to this policy and any rights provided by applicable law.

Gifts

Because digital items cannot be returned, gift purchases are also generally non-refundable, subject to the exceptions described above and applicable law.
